Junior Geometry and QFT Seminar

For this talk we'll introduce 2d Conformal Field Theories (CFTs). All necessary FT background will be covered. We'll discuss the Virasoro Algebra, OPEs, the Operator-State Correspondence, and the basics of T-duality. In the process will encounter relevant String Theory applications.
